OCC Census 2025

After a one-year hiatus we are finally ready to get an updated printed prayer directory out to those who would like one in early 2025!

Due to the period of time since the previous directory was available, and our church community growing, we ask that you please take 1-2 minutes to complete the attached form. Could each and every household please complete this form (just one per household), whether you’d like to be in the printed directory or not.

You are able to indicate your preference on the form, and you will not be added to the printed directory without your consent. Even if you opt out of the printed directory, please could you still provide your details, as this will help to ensure that your details on our private database (accessible to staff only) is up to date.
